1. What is Bisa Tees?
Bisa Tees is a Bali-born t-shirt brand serving cheek, charm, and comfort—one back print at a time. We make tees that talk (and sometimes flirt). Designed in Bali, worn worldwide.

2. What sizes do you offer?
At the moment, we’ve got unisex fits from S to XXXL. Our tees are made to suit all kinds of bodies—laid-back, gym-honed, or beach-chillin’. Check out our size guide before you click ‘add to cart’.

3. What are the t-shirts made of?
Our tees are 100% cotton (soft and breathable AF), made for the island heat and late-night club hops. They are also pre-shrunk, which means you don’t have to worry about shrinkage in the wash.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For online orders, we ship from Bali to the world—whether you're in Seminyak or Stockholm. International shipping times vary, but we’ll always keep you updated.

5. Can I buy locally in Bali though?
Yes, we will have local stocks, and while we don’t have a physical store yet per se, we will be stocking our tees in some shops across Bali soon (to be updated). Before that happens, you can order via DM (Instagram - @bisa.tees) and the t-shirts will be delivered to you locally. Click HERE to check available local stocks.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?
At the moment, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Why? Because every shirt is made to order, and we’re a small independent brand based in Bali—so keeping things sustainable and manageable means we can’t offer the same policies as big stores (yet!).

That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please reach out—we’ll always try to make things right.

8. Do you do custom orders or bulk?
Want to collaborate, stock our tees, or order for your squad? Slide into our DMs or email us—we’re always up for fun projects.

9. How do I care for my t-shirt?
Cold wash, inside out. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang under the Bali sun. Treat it nice and it’ll stick around for the long haul.
